What counts
One message, counted once
A message is one row of customer words that ClientClue keeps after cleaning and reads. A ticket, a review, a cancellation note and a survey answer are each one message.
Reading is the only thing that costs, so there is no charge per person for looking at a report, and a share link does not use up messages.

One customer message that is kept after cleaning and read by ClientClue AI. Empty rows, duplicates, agent replies, automatic replies and greetings are dropped first, and they do not count. A message is counted once, when it is read.
No. Every plan has every reading feature, including the weekly report, Rising and New this week, Leaving reasons and quotes checked word for word. Plans differ in how many messages they read, how many projects you can have and how many people can use them.
ClientClue tells you before it starts reading if a file is bigger than what is left, and it does not read past your allowance. A message that fails to read is given back. On a paid plan the allowance starts again each month.
