These are the terms for using ClientClue. They are short on purpose.
You may add files of customer messages that you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you add.
Do not add anything unlawful, and do not try to break or overload the service.
Keep your sign in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
ClientClue reads your messages, groups what repeats and writes a report. Counts are worked out by code, and quotes are checked word for word against your messages.
ClientClue AI can still misread a message. Before you make a big decision, open the messages behind a number and read a few.
The reports describe your messages. They are not legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Plans are priced in naira and paid month to month. You can stop at any time.
Each plan reads a set number of messages. The Free plan reads its messages once and does not renew.
Your messages stay yours. We use them only to give you your reports. The privacy page says how we handle them and how to delete them.
The Business plan includes a data processing agreement for teams that need one.
We work to keep ClientClue running, and we may change or stop a feature. ClientClue is provided as it is, and we are not responsible for decisions made from its reports.
